The civil and business litigation practice was set up by Héctor Virgilio Flores Dávila. Having worked for twenty-three years at one of the biggest financial institutions in Mexico (Bancomer, S.A., now BBVA Bancomer), and also having over forty-five years’ experience in the field, he put together the planning and structure for the representation of our clients in a wide range of commercial aspects, including recovery of debts and past-due portfolios, drafting and revising commercial contracts, restructuring loans, financial analyses and structures to guarantee credits, contractual disputes, summary business proceedings, ordinary civil proceedings, ordinary business proceedings and special mortgage actions.
